Wrapping up the Crucible Ignitor Program, powered by FedTech and NavalX, and reflecting on what an incredible journey this has been. The hands-on learning experience, guided by FedTech, entrepreneurs, VCs, and NavalX leadership, has been invaluable. From understanding how to transition lab-developed technology into dual-use solutions, shaping go-to-market strategies, conducting customer discovery, and developing a business plan, I have gained so much. Collaborating with diverse perspectives stood out during the program, and I’m excited to have been involved.
